A connoisseur and enthusiast, he frequently attends exclusive whisky events and gatherings both domestically and abroad. He has been a collector of fine and rare whiskies for more than 20 years, including the purchase of The Dalmore Trinitas, the world’s most expensive whisky.

Join us for a 4-course prix fixe pairing dinner hosted by Ross Cobb, winemaker of Hirsch Wines and Cobb Wines. Ross will be on hand to answer questions and tell you all about his wines!
