Wines of the Granite State

WINE #1

2022 Blue Heron
Aromella
New Hampshire

Founded in 2011 with just 28 vines, Squamscott Winery in Newfields, New Hampshire has blossomed into a thriving 2,400-vine vineyard and winery. Their mission is two-fold: crafting the highest quality, handcrafted local wines for the seacoast region, and doing so with a commitment to sustainability. They achieve this by using sustainable farming practices, preserving open space along the pristine Squamscott River, and offering educational opportunities for aspiring vintners. Their unique local wines are hand-crafted from their own vines using environmentally friendly techniques. These vegan wines are made with minimal intervention, hand-picked grapes, and minimal sulfites.

An aromatic dry white wine with notes of honeysuckle and citrus peel, with a distinctive floral Muscat character.
