WINE #1

2021 Tannura Family Wines
Fiano
Santa Clara Valley, California

A San Francisco Bay Area micro-winery crafting Italian-inspired wines from California grapes. Winemaker Nick Tannura's journey began with a local internship, blossoming into a passion for lesser-known Italian varietals. Now, they source grapes from unexpected appellations to create balanced, unique wines.

Fiano is traditionally grown in southern Italy, most notably in the area of Avellino in Campania. This fruit comes from Vanni Estate Vineyard in the Santa Clara Valley. Aromas of cantaloupe melon, key lime, and flinty minerals. Textural and slightly viscous. On the palate, flavors of zesty lime, kiwi, and pear, with a finish of almond skin and honey.

WINE #2

2018 Plēb Urban Winery Tête
Seyval Blanc
Asheville, North Carolina

Founded in 2018, Plēb Urban Winery champions small-batch, natural wines crafted with minimal intervention. They source grapes from local farms across Western North Carolina, celebrating the region's agricultural bounty. Sustainability is a core value, reflected in their use of stainless-steel kegs and recyclable cans for packaging, and their commitment to sourcing local ingredients.

Meet Seyval Blanc, the "East Coast Chardonnay" that offers a delightful twist on a classic. This bright and vibrant white wine bursts with aromas and flavors of citrus, crisp green apple, and juicy honeydew melon. A touch of minerality adds complexity, making it a truly captivating sip.

WINE #3

2022 Golden Cluster Apini
Fiano, Semillon
Willamette Valley, Oregon

Willamette Valley's wine legacy traces back to the 1860s and 1870s, with pivotal moments unfolding on a hill in Butteville and another above Forest Grove. Dubbed "Wine Hill," this site witnessed the birth of Oregon's wine culture and the subsequent modern wine renaissance. Notably, the Reuter Estate thrived here from around 1872 until the onset of Prohibition in 1915. Revitalized in 1965 by Charles and Shirley Coury, this historic vineyard became a beacon of the Willamette Valley's wine industry, sparking what Coury termed a "Wine Renaissance." Today, under the stewardship of the Milan Stoyanov family since 1992, the property, now known as David Hill Vineyard & Winery, honors its heritage while embracing new chapters in Oregon's wine history, exemplified by the Golden Cluster label, launched in 2013.

The Apini is a co-fermentation of 50% Fiano and 50% Semillon. Fermented on their skins for 12 days, this orange wine tastes like honey, chamomile, and beeswax.
