WINE #1

NV Lieb Cellars Sparkling
Pinot Blanc
North Fork of Long Island, New York

Founded in 1992 by Mark Lieb, Lieb Cellars has blossomed from a 14-acre vineyard into a thriving operation with 3 vineyard sites, 2 tasting rooms, and a custom crush winery. In 2012, winemaker Russell Hearn took the helm and steered the winery towards Certified Sustainable status in 2018. Today, Lieb Cellars celebrates three decades of dedication to sustainable practices and crafting high-quality wines on the North Fork of Long Island.

This is a light and bright dry sparkling wine with notes of green apple, pear, honey, and cream, made in the traditional method. It boasts delicate, refreshing bubbles. Lots of accolades here!

WINE #2

NV Anthony Nappa Frizzante
Moscato Giallo, Pinot Noir
North Fork of Long Island, New York

Producing organic wines in this wet region’s climate is a feat; Anthony works closely with grower Rex Farr to keep his wines certified organic and sustainable. According to Anthony, “Rex Farr, my grower, has endured many difficulties over the last eight years growing grapes organically and biodynamically, [which was] once thought impossible on the East End. Rex Farr Vineyard is the only Certified Organic Vineyard on Long Island. I have always made wine in the most natural way possible and I enjoy making the wines I currently make, but I also enjoy new challenges and the opportunity to do something nobody has done before. It’s part of my lifestyle to try to be a good steward of the land.”

Lightly sparkling and intensely aromatic, this playful sparkler offers a captivating bouquet of fresh flowers, cotton candy, and an array of stone fruits. Don’t be fooled by its sweet nose - this bubbly is completely bone dry!

WINE #3

NV Aurora Brut Rosé
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Leelanau Peninsula, Michigan

Aurora Cellars, a gem in the Simpson Family Estates crown, reflects the deep agricultural roots of siblings Sam and Taylor Simpson. Intrigued by the unique potential of the land's compact clay soil and rolling hills, they acquired the property and envisioned a vineyard pushing the boundaries of viticulture and winemaking. The Simpsons, with their rich farming heritage and forward-thinking approach, embraced the challenge of crafting world-class cool-climate reds on the northern edge of a viticultural region. Their innovative spirit and edgy business practices have garnered national recognition for these distinctive cool-climate wines.

This sparkling Brut Rosé is full of candied cherries on both the nose and palate. The finish is filled with delicious fruit, but bone dry.
